Johannes Stapleton

My parents were Robert and Anna Marie Stapleton. I was very young when I married my wife Maria Margaretha Geiger in 1747. I died a short seven years later after the birth of two children, a daughter Elizabeth and a son John. I died without a will in 1754 and my brother William made sure my son John's estate was protected in the courts of Berk Co, PA as my widow remarried shortly after my death. I was buried in the Church Yard at Amityville, PA.
