Joseph Wright

Joseph Wright was born 14 March 1639 in Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts to John Wright and Priscilla Byfield. His family was in Woburn early on and he became known as Deacon Joseph Wright. You will find his records in the town records of of Woburn, Massachusetts where I married 233. Elizabeth Ann Hassell on 1 November 1661. They had fourteen children together, all in Woburn starting with Elizabeth in 1664, Joseph followed in 1667, Sarah in 1670, John in 1672, Joanna in 1673, James in 1677, Timothy in 1679, Stephen in 1681, Jacob in 1683, Ruth in 1683, Benjamin in 1688, Elizabeth in 1694, Sarah in 1696, and Mousal in 1699. They had a good life by the standards of the day.

He lost his beloved Elizabeth in 1718. He joined her in that heavenly place 31 March 1724 .
