William Bradley was born between 1790 and 1792 in Ireland. He showed up in one of the surviving fragments of the 1821 census for Ireland in the townland of Leitrim, Mullagh District, County Cavan, Ireland. This area is on the border of County Cavan and Meath. The records of some of his childrens' births were recorded in the Catholic Church records of Carnaross in County Meath. He married at least two times once to Mary Conner and then to a Mary Gerard. He had at least four sons, John, James, Patrick, and Terrence. |
